The Rotary Club of St. Cloud is part of Rotary International, a service organization known for its excellent community-based initiatives to promote the "Service Above Self" Rotary philosophy. Our organization is filled with compassion and care for the people in our neighborhoods and beyond. The following are the integral parts that make up the Rotary Club of St. Cloud:

Rotary International

Rotary brings together a global network of volunteers who dedicate their time and talent to tackle the world's most pressing humanitarian challenges. Rotary connects 1.2 million members from more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Their work impacts lives at both the local and international levels, from helping families in need in their communities to working toward a polio-free world.

The Four-Way Test

At the Rotary Club of St. Cloud, we follow the Four-Way test in both our business and personal lives. The test outlines a set of guidelines adopted as Rotary International's standard of ethics that were created in 1942. These questions are still seen as a standard for ethics in business management today:

  • Is it the truth?
  • Is it fair to all concerned?
  • Will it build good will and better friendships?
  • Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Rotary’s Wheel Emblem

The official Rotary International emblem is a geared wheel with a keyway in the center to make it work. A power shaft would be placed into the keyway, which symbolizes the motion and movement Rotary clubs strive for.
